Consultancy
Considering the whole organisational development cycle, I conduct in-depth diagnostics, feedback information and co-create new cultures and change programmes to take a business from its undesirable state to that which is competitive and fit for purpose with effective leadership and performance ready for future competitiveness.
Research
Taking existing data from employee surveys, exit interviews and performance reviews, I analyse the existing employee performance and well-being. Original data is gathered from employee interviews and focus groups to gather a picture of the organisation. Gaps between existing and desired performance are identified with scientific recommendations for closing the gap.
