Taking existing data from employee surveys, exit interviews and performance reviews, I analyse the existing employee performance and well-being. Original data is gathered from employee interviews and focus groups to gather a picture of the organisation. Gaps between existing and desired performance are identified with scientific recommendations for closing the gap.
